Would it be ok if I rang you to make a couple of changes to my booking?
As much as we love to talk to our customers (we really do), I'm afraid that in this case we'd prefer it if you'd send us an e-mail. This way we'll make sure everything is properly registered on paper and no mistakes occur.
What's the most convenient time to call you?
We have a 24h telephone line but if you're calling regarding a group's query please do it between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday to make sure you'll speak to one of our dedicated agents.
